I’m not receiving the verification code by email. How can I fix this?

Make sure you have entered your email address correctly, without any errors. Verify that the email address you are using is indeed the one associated with your Breeve account.

Please also check your spam folder. If the message is there, move it to your main mailbox so you don't miss out on our next emails.

If the problem persists or if you no longer have access to your email address, please contact us at [email protected] and provide as much information as possible to help us identify you and locate your account. You can include:

  • Your username

  • Your display name

  • Your profile and cover photos

  • Your phone number

  • The billing address linked to your account
