Where can I find my subscriptions?

You can find your subscriptions by clicking on your profile. All your subscriptions can also be found under "Settings" > "Activity" > "Subscriptions."

How do multi-month subscriptions work?

Multi-month subscriptions automatically renew at the chosen expiration date, such as every three months for a three-month subscription. The benefit for you is that you receive a discount on the base offer, which can be up to 40%.

I have a multi-month subscription, but am no longer interested in the creator's content. Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time, even if it’s a multi-month subscription. You can do this directly from the creator's profile or by going to your account settings, then to the "Activity" section to manage your subscriptions. Note: Keep in mind that the cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Will I be refunded if I cancel my multi-month subscription to a creator's account?

No, the amount already paid for your multi-month subscription is non-refundable. However, you will continue to have access to the content and privileges until the end of your current billing period.
